Program supports following text formats:

• ASCII (ISO-8859-15 (Latin 9))
• Unicode (UTF-16)(First 256 characters)
• UTF-8 is not supported.

This program is designed for small files, and limit is 200 Kb. Bigger files are loaded as read-only files.
